Once you get back online log into to your account and navigate to your account on the Web site. Navigate to your order history and there you will be able to redownload your performance.
arrow Where on my computer did my downloads get saved?
Try using your Windows Explorer to display the files and folders on your computer. The icon for this program looks like a magnifying glass over a file folder. The default location for your downloads is usually Desktop > My Documents > My Music. You can also use the Search button in the Windows Explorer navigation bar. In the Search field, type *.mp4 since all music files you download from Box 4 Productions end in the extension mp4.
arrow Does my download work with the ITUNES Suite and my IPOD?
Box 5 Productions chose to provide our files in the native ITUNES and IPOD format as these are the most used players and media suites around. So yes, your files will work perfectly with your IPOD or ITUNES. The videos are encoded especially for the IPOD and are viewed at the best resolution on the IPOD Video Player.
arrow What computer should I use to download my files?
You should download your music to the one computer where you keep your digital music library. Your download can be played, burned or transferred to a portable player from that computer.
arrow How do I get my files to work on something other than ITUNES?
You will need to convert your files from the native MP4 format. Our recommendation is use the Apple Quicktime Pro application. This is not a FREE application, however, it does offer you a great deal of flexibility in your formats. Once you have Quicktime pro you will be able to save it in a format that is available to most of the players on the market.
arrow What type of computer do I need to play HDdownloads?
The computer needed to playback HD files will need to be fully quicktime compliant. Please visit the quicktime specifications page for more information regarding system compatibility. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/guide/hd/recommendations.html
