arrow How long before my photos & gifts ship?
Generally photos ship the same day you order them. We use a photo fullfilment house to process our photos - dotPhoto is a very professional outfit that prints thousands of photos everyday.
arrow I received the wrong photo, what do I do?
This rarely happens, however, occasionally this will happen. Please return the photo to us and we will try to locate your photo. 99% of the time this is quick process and will usuall only take a day or two to get your picture out to you.
arrow I don't see my picture!
Box 5 takes thousands of pictures every year. We try our best to get the shots you will be interested in. However, occasionally we may miss a shot or not get your family member. This was not intentional. We do upload our entire library of photos, therefore if you don't see the picture online we do not have it. We apologize for this issue and strive to get as much as possible.
arrow What if my order is damaged during shipping?
No worries, just send it back to us. When we receive the damaged item we will promptly mail you a new copy standard overnight.

arrow Why do I have to return my damaged item first to get a replacement?
Due to the nature of our business and the specialty products we carry all products must be inspected. Also, due to rampant copyright infringements and current federal law we cannot allow extra copies to be available to public.
arrow The picture is blurry!
Box 5 Productions uploads all of our photographs. This includes the bad photographs. Please be certain to look at your photo carefully before you purchase it. Every picture has a thumbnail and larger image to check out prior to purchase. If you are still dissatisfied, by all mean return it and lets us give you a refund.
arrow I am not happy with my product, do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely, Box 5 Productions has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will do everything in our power to alleviate your issue. Due ot the nature of our product refunds are not available on custom products or products specifically designed for the customer.
